Permission to use, copy and distribute the Content published by ABB Group (“ABB”) on this Site is hereby granted on the condition that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices (e.g. each copy contains this copyright notice in its entirety) and that no part of the Content is used for commercial purposes but restricted to use for information purposes within an organization.

Information submitted to ABB through the Site must be correct and language and content which may be regarded as inappropriate must be avoided. All information submitted to ABB must be in compliance with applicable laws.

ABB reserves the right to remove or change Content at its sole discretion, including Content which violates these Terms and Conditions of Use, without any liability to any third party.

You or a third party licensor, as appropriate, retain all patent, trademark and copyright to any information you submit and you are responsible for protecting those rights.
5. ABB’s rights related to third party submitted information
By submitting information, you grant ABB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt and publish the information for the purpose of display and distribution. This license terminates when such information is deleted from the Site.
6. No partnership, trade association, professional gathering or legal entity
Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use or use of hashtag #energyefficiencymovement on any social media platform or in any other way shall not be deemed or construed to create a partnership, trade association (or other professional gathering) or any form of legal entity.
