The group comes together as a community for the first time, and everyone shares their personal vision for 2030. The focus is entirely on the group, on getting to know each other and exchanging ideas.
Goals
Personal introduction, community building, inspiration.
Example
The Participants are asked prior to the event to bring one symbol, a story or a picture in mind that reflects both their personal and their companies‘ image of the future. One by one they introduce themselves to the group, show their symbol and explain the reasoning behind it.
