    • Applicant’s sole liability and responsibility for its commitment; and

    Personal Data Protection
    ABB Asea Brown Boveri Ltd and its subsidiary companies are responsible for your personal data. For applicable data protection law, the controller of your data will be the ABB affiliate which is providing services or communicating to you. Each such entity is regarded as an independent controller of your personal data, and this notice applies to all such companies.
    The Privacy Notice contains more detail on which information we may collect from you, for which purposes and on the basis of what legal ground, such as our legitimate interest to manage your contact request. In addition, we may need to share your personal data with third parties both inside or outside of the European Union for business or legal purposes (for example ABB affiliates, our business partners and service providers). Where that is the case, we will establish agreements with such third parties for your data to be kept safe.
    We will store your personal data for as long as necessary to perform the activities described above and in the Privacy Notice. After that, we will securely delete it.
    Lastly, our Privacy Notice describes the various data protection rights that you have and how you can exercise these rights with regard to any information we process from you, such as the right to access or receive a copy of your information or to request deletion or correction of your information.
